Unlike most brokers, I truly enjoy holding open houses; in fact I have met some of my best clients and friends there. My favorite part of the busniess is getting to know my clients and giving them the best information possible. By doing open houses and asking the prospective buyers questions I'm able to give my clients the most accurate real time market feedback. Brokers can give you their advice and opinions, but only the current market buyers who have been looking can really be the accurate judge. By doing open houses I feel I can give my clients the best feadback and the most current market trends.
